I’ve discovered the block button on both Facebook and Myspace. It’s a small satisfaction, but knowing that if a particular person that has been marked tries to contact me, for any reason, there will be a digital wall there is quite agreeable. I particularly enjoyed Facebook’s approach to blocking someone. The blocked person essentially becomes completely invisible to you, as well as you to them. You can’t see the profile, the comments, or even the name on their significant other’s profile. That's just the way I like it. Afterall, ignorance is bliss.
