Over a week and a half ago, I finally killed off my dying computer. It took me a while to replace it, since it's a little difficult to justify the money to replace a computer...but it was a necessity. Trying to share with the boyfriend proved that. It wouldn't be so bad if we weren't both trying to do homework, but we're not free of that just yet.
I forgot how much work it is getting used to a new computer. It's like the electronic version of moving into a new apartment. There are files to move, programs to install, and settings to change. It's an ongoing process, but so far I'm liking my new computer (which isn't really surprising, considering the other one has been limping along for the last several months).
