Date Night

Sure, we've been out to eat in the last month.  That's been primarily a function of necessity or convenience.  However, as far as going on a real, get dressed at least sort of decent and go out on a weekend, the last time was Valentine's Day.

We didn't do anything to special, just went out to Mellow Mushroom.  I've been craving carbohydrates like crazy lately and their crust is a-maz-ing!  The couple of times we've been before has been out of town.  This time we discovered that there are actual several locations in our area.  Uh oh!

The important thing is that we called in a date.  Otherwise, it would just have been us getting out of the house, too tired to cook or craving pizza.  We had a great time.  I even found a strange and tasty beer:  banana bread.  And yes, it really did taste like bananas.
