Outspoken

I've been in my new area two days...and I can't believe the supervisor over there hasn't throttled me, yet.  Between the excitement, chaos and stress of this week (new area, new projects, old projects, new problems, short deadlines, etc.), I've been even more outspoken than usual.  I'm pretty sure most of my criticisms are deserved.  The area has been suffering from neglect for quite awhile now.  However, it might be a good idea to try an tone it down until I've got a better feel for the process.  Fortunately, the supervisor has been exposed to my less than subtle nature enough that he doesn't seem to be taking offense at my suggestions.  I'll be spending a lot of time over there, so hopefully it stays that way.
